There were a microwave oven, a fridge and a seating area in my suite. The bathroom had a bath, which was great. The staff were attentive and helpful all the time. The location was comfy, for example, a strip mall was within a close distance from the hotel...

The room was big size and having a microwave, a refrigerator and a sitting area in it was convenient. We loved the convenient and favourable location of the hotel;)))

The kitchenette was fantastic for quick snacks and meals, with a full-sized fridge and microwave. The room was clean and modern. I appreciated the hard floors instead of carpet.

The check-in policy at this hotel can be a real hassle, especially if your travel gets disrupted. Arriving late means risking your reservation without notice. The walls are thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can easily interrupt your sleep, which could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper.

Just a solid selection for one night in Grand Rapids with good value for money. Check-in took a bit long, but the staff eventually got to us. Make sure to ask about parking. There can be risks sometimes.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The front desk staff could use some training in hospitality. The room was clean, but the pillows were surprisingly small-definitely ask for extras upon check-in. Consider bringing your own towels for convenience.

I enjoyed my stay with my family while taking advantage of the comfy beds and well-stocked kitchen, made meals easy. The pool was a refreshing treat and the outdoor seating area was perfect. One downside was that the lobby was unattended for a bit when we arrived, but it didn't really ruin our fun 😊

The room was super clean and I loved the mini kitchen 🥘 the walls were really thin, and I could hear my neighbors all night.

Affordable stay, but bring your own kitchen stuff!

We spent 4 nights in an efficiency Queen suite, pretty decent for $80 a night. The kitchen was a lifesaver for a broke couple like us, but we were bummed to find out we had to rent kitchen ware. And yeah, the desk isn't open 24/7, so that was a little annoying. Still, good price!

The location is super convenient, just off 28th street where you can find everything you need. The efficiency suite with two queen beds was really clean and nicely organized.

easy access to parks and shopping in grand rapids

I appreciated how convenient it was to walk to nearby attractions like the Shops at Centerpoint and Calvin Ecosystem Preserve & Native Gardens, made my city strolls a joy. The room was clean and provided some nice extras like a full refrigerator and hot plate that were definitely useful for a weekend getaway. As a single traveler, I found the amenities offered suited my needs well, but the hotel could improve its communication on additional cleaning services during longer stays.
